This document is the Section 106 Agreement between Burghley Estates, Tata Steel and Northants County County regarding the exchange of land and some conditions relating to the operation of the Quarry. The agreement includes the revocation of existing Planning Permissions (now superseded by the new approval), routing of heavy goods vehicles, highways requirements and groundwater monitoring schemes.
